Got a new turkey fryer this year. Being I'm a rookie at the cookin part, have any tips or recipes for me? THanks!!

yeah be careful easy to get burned pretty bad, Make sure the bird is completely thawed , I just season the outside with Tony's and let the fryer do the rest. I've done wild ones but the tame ones are best. I use it more for chicken wings/ boiling or steaming seafood. Have fun
